If your Green Card is lost, stolen, or expiring soon, we can help you complete and file your renewal or replacement request accurately and on time.

🇺🇸 Citizenship / Naturalization
Ready to take the next step toward citizenship? We’ll help you complete your application, prepare for your interview, and understand your rights and responsibilities.

🕊 Asylum
If you’re afraid to return to your home country, you may qualify for asylum. Our team provides compassionate representation for both affirmative and defensive asylum cases.

👧🏻 Special Immigrant Juvenile Status (SIJS)
We assist eligible young people who have been abused, abandoned, or neglected in seeking legal protection and a path to permanent residency.

🛡 U Visas
Victims of certain crimes who have cooperated with law enforcement may be eligible for a U Visa. We’ll help you gather the necessary documents and apply for this important form of protection.

Costs & Payment

As a nonprofit legal clinic, NIC keeps fees low and transparent. Some services are offered on a sliding scale or free of charge, depending on the type of case. You’ll always know the cost before any work begins.
