Our Story.

Neighbors Immigration Clinic began in 2019 with a simple belief: everyone deserves a neighbor they can turn to.

From its earliest days, Neighbors has stood for accessibility, compassion, and justice. What began as a small effort to provide honest guidance to a few families has grown into Kentucky’s only nonprofit immigration clinic still taking new cases. Today, we serve individuals and families across Lexington and throughout the state—helping Kentuckians secure status, reunite with loved ones, and build safer, more stable futures.

Our work is powered by the generosity of people who, as we do, believe that welcoming immigrants strengthens our communities. Every donation helps a neighbor find stability, safety, and hope.
