⚠️OUR DOORS ARE STILL OPEN BUT WE NEED YOUR HELP TO STAY THAT WAY ⚠️
🚨Effective immediately: We are only accepting new clients who have been in the United States for less than two years.
We’re devastated about having to limit who we can help, but this step is essential to staying open, strong, and available for those most in danger of deportation.
This change allows us to:
Support individuals who could be deported within days or weeks
Ensure asylum seekers don’t miss their critical one-year filing window
Provide legal help before someone’s first immigration court hearing
Help immigrant youth secure protection before they age out of eligibility
This change doesn’t have to be permanent - another attorney in our office could drastically change what is possible. Your support means that we can expand our capacity, reopen broader intake, and meet the overwhelming need in the community.
Join us in this work, believing in every immigrant’s dignity, and helping us fight to keep our doors open.
